What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — such as your language preference or whether you have acknowledged a notice — so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you return.
Cookies do not contain personal details such as your name or financial information, though they may be associated with information you have voluntarily provided. They are widely used by websites to make them work more efficiently and to give operators useful information about how visitors interact with their content.
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and related regulations, Bodhi Legal is required to inform you about the cookies we use and to seek your consent for all cookies that are not strictly necessary.
Cookies We Use
Third-Party Cookies
Some of the cookies described above are set by third-party services that appear on our pages. These services include Google Analytics for site-usage measurement, Google Ads for advertising effectiveness, and social media platforms that may place cookies if you interact with their embedded content.
Bodhi Legal does not control the cookies set by these third parties. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies for details of how they handle data. You may also manage third-party cookies through your browser settings, described further below.
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two broad categories based on how long they remain on your device:
- Session cookies — temporary files that exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close your browser window or tab.
- Persistent cookies — files that remain on your device for a defined period, ranging from a few days to several months. They allow the website to recognise you on a subsequent visit. Each type listed above indicates its typical duration.
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the controls above, or the buttons below, to adjust which cookies you accept. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to operate. Your selections are saved to your browser and respected on future visits.
Changes take effect immediately. You may update your preferences at any time by returning to this page.

Cookie settings on mobile devices are typically found within the browser app's own settings menu. On Android, open your browser app, tap the menu icon, and look under Settings → Privacy. On iOS, most browser settings are accessible via the app menu or through the device's main Settings app under the browser name.
Please note that blocking cookies on mobile may prevent certain website features from working as expected.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. Doing so will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before your withdrawal. To withdraw consent, use the preference controls on this page or clear your cookies via your browser settings.
You also have the right to request information about which cookies are active during your visit, and to ask for clarification about how any data collected through them is used. Please be aware that disabling optional cookies may affect certain features of this website — for example, analytics-based improvements to navigation may not reflect your visit.
