Whether you are at the beginning of understanding your pension rights or are already facing a formal appeal, Bodhi Legal offers a service structured to your situation.

How we approach every pension matter
Every engagement at Bodhi Legal begins with listening. Before any advice is offered, we review the documents available, confirm the facts as the client understands them, and consider the applicable Thai pension regulations and administrative procedures. Only then do we outline what the realistic options are and what each involves.
We do not approach pension matters as routine administrative processing. Each case has its own circumstances, its own timeline, and its own procedural history. Our methodology is to work methodically through the relevant materials, identify the strongest grounds for the client's position, and present those grounds clearly and accurately to the relevant body.
Examine all available documents and establish the facts.
Explain applicable rules and realistic options in plain terms.
Draft, review, and finalise documents with senior counsel sign-off.
Attend proceedings, respond to queries, and maintain engagement throughout.
Service 1
Initial Pension Consultation
An unhurried conversation — typically one to two hours — in which we listen carefully to your circumstances and outline how Thai pension rules apply to your situation. This service is designed for those at the start of their inquiry who would benefit from a calm, informed explanation before deciding whether to take further steps. There is no expectation of proceeding further.
Service 2
Document Preparation Package
Drafting and careful assembly of the documents typically required for pension applications, recalculation requests, or formal appeals. This includes written submissions, supporting affidavits, and the covering letters that accompany them. Each document is prepared individually and reviewed by senior counsel before delivery to the client.
Service 3
Full Defence Engagement
A start-to-finish engagement for clients whose pension entitlement is under challenge or has been denied. This service covers the complete arc of proceedings: administrative review, formal hearings, and appellate work where indicated. Clients receive regular scheduled progress updates, clear written correspondence throughout, and respectful, discreet handling of sensitive personal records at every stage.
